Our client is a multinational, high technology bioscience company that provides technologies, tools and services for the development and production of new therapeutic drugs.

Job Description

  • Maintains the contract database in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Creates and maintains new & existing price agreements in Oracle.
  • Processes Credit & Re-bills related to wrong Invoices.
  • Processes Invoice Hold reports.
  • Ensures territory codes for the Sales Engineers in Oracle.
  • He/She handles incoming correspondence, faxes, e-mails, ensures interface with other internal
  • Departments, analyses the cause of error/missing information in price agreements and territory codes.
  • Interfaces with Sales, Customer Service, Accounts Receivable and external customers.
  • Following up the customer requests in line with internal and corporate policy in order to provide the most professional, accurate, errorless and timely service.
  • Escalate to the Process leaders and Supervisor any business or process areas that require improvement.
  • Contribute consistently to the achievement of the customer service team level and meat the corporate values.
  • Understands the company values as his/her daily routine.

Job Requirements
  • Professional level of education (MBO) and experience in an (international) Shared Services Center environment.
  • Works with high speed in a structured way so that processes and organisation can guarantee the best efficiency.
  • Accurate and attentive to detail but also keeping an eye on the overall objective.
  • Hard-worker, having fun in what you do - and service-minded, works towards results.
  • The cross-cultural environment is a motivation to value interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English + a Nordic / Scandinavian language.
  • Have proven computer skills.
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast changing environment
