Information about the Company:International Shared Service Centre In Amsterdam.Job description:We are currently recruiting for a European Finance Supervisor specialising in the Nordic territory for an international client based in Amsterdam. This is an excellent opportunity for a career within a young and dynamic company. The responsibilities include: - Supervise, coach and motivate a one team member- Complete the financial and management reporting for the Nordic countries in a timely and accurate 'manner- Review and submission of monthly management accounts and year end accounts- Review monthly management report- Review balance sheet reconciliations- Liaison with AP and Treasury teams to ensure territory issues are addressed- Completion of ad hoc financial reports as required by territory- Work with other team members to improve procedures and quality of work, particularly in standardization across territories (SOX) - Review monthly cashflow forecast
Candidate profile:- Educated to a degree level in finance. Ideally having or working towards an accounting qualification- Previous experience in an accounting/finance function in an international organisation- Previous supervisory experience- Fluency in English and one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish)- Experience in using an accounting software preferably SAP- Good knowledge of MS Excel
