Our client is searching for Native Finnish, Swedish and/or Danish candidates for the ever expanding Customer Support and Technical Support roles. Working in the heart of Amsterdam you will be enveloped in a state of the art contact center that has been designed to accommodate a pleasant and motivating work place. Our client’s sole mission is to accommodate the needs of customers seeking help, advice and/or order tracking.

Job Profile
You will acquire the title ofeither Technical Support Representative or Customer Support Representative, you will maintain the SLA (Service Level Agreement) indicated by the company, assisting customers in a professional and competent manor in your native geographic location.

The role may require you to answer various software related, or 2nd party related questions,for that reason you will attend an initial client training, and then after have the opportunity to participate in the clients University program teaching you software skills from the basic’s of Word, Excel, PowerPoint to the more complex software applications at no cost.

Requirements

  • Customer Support experience is an advantage
  • Native or very Fluent in Swedish, Finnish and/or Danish
  • Fluent in English
  • Work hard play hard mentality
  • Motivated

  • Team player

Salary indication
