Job Description For an International Airline Company in Amsterdam we are looking for reservation agents who are native Finnish or Danish speakers and also speak fluent English. Your Tasks: Answering questions concerning reservations and tickets Handling customer complaints Job Requirements Native Finnish or Danish Fluent in English and preferably one other Western European Language Experience in tourism and/or callcenter Living in the Amsterdam Area No problems working in shifts Salary and Benefits EUR 1520,- gross a month based on a 40 hours working week; A paid training and travel expenses Irregularity compensation A contract directly with the company; Excellent secondary benefits (two free tickets a year, pension scheme, company fitness, christmas bonus) If you are interested and match the requirements, please respond by sending us your resume. !!
