Job Description
For an International Airline Company in Amsterdam we are looking for reservation agents who are native Nordic speakers

Your Tasks:
Answering questions concerning reservations and tickets
Handling customer complaints

Job Requirements
We are looking for people with the following language combination:

• Fluency in English
• Native Norwegian, Swedish or Danish
• Experience in tourisme and/or callcenter
• Living in the Amsterdam Area
• No problems working shifts
