Job Description
Purpose of the function:
To
prepare, perform and evaluate broadcasts consisting of games in which
the audience gets motivated to participate (Call or SMS). The aim is to
maximize the response on short and long term.
Position in the organization
The team consist of Commercial Editors, Commercial Assistants and Presenters.
Responsibilities
· Generate response (Calls and SMS)
· Content of broadcast
·
Directing broadcast team before and during a broadcast. The broadcast
team consist of Commercial Assistant, Presenter, Operator and Cameraman
· Coaching of the presenter
Main tasks
·
Prepare broadcast including construct and edit words, prepare script,
make a time plan (line-up) for broadcast, and other pre-arrangements
· Prepare presenter, operator, commercial assistant and cameraman for the broadcast
·
Perform/direct broadcast while monitoring incoming calls/SMS and
competing channels, and take appropriate action always keeping in mind
the commercial purpose
· Directly after broadcast evaluate with broadcast team and report broadcast (log file)
· Individual and group analysis/evaluation of broadcasts
· Continuously strive to find ways to motivate viewers and maximize response. Being available for projects with this purpose
· Participate in broadcast and game development within provided limitations.
· Collect learning and contribute to weekly strategic group planning where the plan is set for coming week
Job Requirements
Requirements:
· Native Danish, Swedish or Norwegian
· Commercial drive
· Academic education, preferable on university level
· Extensive general knowledge
· Team leader able to deal with differences of opinion
· Able to deal with stress
· Able to make fast decisions providing a solution to situations that occur during a broadcast
· Creative
· Willingness to create learning and strive for continuous improvement of broadcasts and maximization of responses
· Work on irregular hours (broadcast 365 days per year)
Salary and Benefits
A divers, challenging position in an international environment.
Salary is 2100 gross a month
