Customer Liaison Specialist
The main purpose of the job is to project manage pre-sales deal closing and post-sales roll-outs for Finnish and Scandinavian key accounts and to support strategic administration relationship with key customers. In this job you will work closely with our sales teams, our customers and our newly established order management center in London. You will provide administration support for current and new business models with the goal of making it easier for the customers to do business with Reuters and to identify future administration opportunities with these key customers and drive them forward. In this role you will provide support mainly to our Finnish customers but you will also provide support to our Scandinavian customers.
Key Responsibilities: - Work with Sales to prepare customer orders for successful fulfilment by our Customer Order Management Center.
- Lead administrative projects in connection to major customers
- Ensure that the customer's experience of local admin is good through standard contracting and order processes and working with the Customer Order Management Center and Sales to achieve it
- Work with the customer, order management staff, Order Management Systems and Credit Collection, and Sales to ensure timely payment of invoices
- Support administration in relationship with strategic customer
Required Skills and Education: - Degree in Business or equivalent work experience preferred
- Native Finnish language, fluent in one Scandinavian language and English
- Proficiency in office suite and Access preferred
- Understanding of financial markets and preferably also Reuters products
- Good understanding of administrative systems such as CRM's and Order Management systems
- Good customer service as well as negotiation skills
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- 3-5 years customer service experience in relevant industry.
