This pan-European Software Market Leader is seeking a focused, experienced finance manager to drive change and business development in their operations in Sweden and Scandinavia-wide. Main responsibilities include: § Key member of region leadership team in driving strategy, forecasting & resource planning, and execution to commitments § Coordinate and communicate with Enterprise and Operations senior leadership to ensure linkage of financial commitments § Ensure that financial results for the site are properly stated, in accordance with local GAAP § Coordinate financial reporting with sales, marketing department and others § Ensure that resources and processes are in place to drive improvement in financial performance of the site, including productivity improvement and working capital and cash flow performance § Coordinate the site Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan financials § Analyze and communicate the financial impact of changes in organizational structure, accounting practices, processes and systems § Manage the activities of the professional finance staff, including performance management and career development.
Ideal candidate should have: § A university degree in Accounting of a Finance related subject § Chartered accountant, CPA, CMA or MBA preferred § 5 plus years accounting/finance experience § Management experience § Fluent English and good working knowledge of Swedish. § Thorough knowledge of local GAAP.
