DESCRIPTION CSR In this position you will help consumers solve their product related problems. This will be done by email, phone and/or on-line via webboard MAIN TASKS: Answering inbound contacts (telephone calls, e-mail, web board) from clients. Administratively processing all contacts for financial and substantive reporting. Processing the project-based information in order to keep service at as high a level as possible.
