Experienced multi-lingual technical support specialists needed to work within a global support center for one of the worlds leading IT Services organisations. As a successful applicant you will be supporting an international client base, working to support various IT systems, software applications and client based desktop operations. Salary indications 2200 - 2400 EUR per/month.
You will be responsible for providing the highest level of web and telephone based customer support. You must be very analytical, with excellent problem solving skills. You will also co-ordinate with higher level support specialists, but will remain as the first and last point of customer contact. You should have solid IT skills, especially in application support, and preferably come from an IT services background. Technically you must be familiar with MS Operating systems, such as Windows 98 / 2000 / XP, etc, with Lotus Notes knowledge being useful.
You must have excellent spoken and written communication skills, in English and Swedish, with any of the following languages being also useful; French, Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, Italian, Spanish or German.
