IN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL. . .
As a part of our EMEA team, working in our friendly and international environment, your main responsibilities will be:
* Much of customer contacts (mainly on the phone – inbound or e-mails)
* Making appointments
* Providing advice and information to customers
* Create the desire for customers to come visit the company’s Business Centres.
WE EXPECT YOU :
To ensure calls are handled efficiently and in a professional manner. For this you need
* You speak fluently English + Arabic or Danish or Spanish
* Excellent customer service,
* Communication skills
* Commercial attitude
* Self-motivated and enthusiastic
* Striving to maximise customer service
