Company An international company providing services to 20 European countries. Located in Amsterdam, a friendly and informal work place, providing good training and support for multicultural candidates. Challenge You will be in charge of calls as well as the customer orders. Your role will involve daily contacts with customers (phone, e-mail, fax) as well as administration tasks and general follow-ups. No shifts are required. You will be responsible for: Handling customer’s calls Handling incoming correspondence : faxes, e-mails Entering and handling customers orders according to internal processes. Provide the most professional, accurate, errorless and timely service. Ensuring interface with other internal departments, Analyses the cause of products returns, issues credit notes and invoices. Manages the flow of information within the area of responsibility Taking necessary actions in line with the company’s requirements and in order to satisfy the customer’s needs Interacting with the following : POP’s & Service Contracts, Customer and Product file, Business Classification, Customer Service EU database, Inbound fax, Credit & Rebill
What do you need to have?
