We are currently looking for candidates with customer service, helpdesk or order management experience, for an Account Representative role based in Amsterdam with the following language skills : German / Dutch / French ; Spanish / Italian, Swedish / Norwegian, German / Italian or German / French or German / Polish.

Role In your role, you are the first point of contact for customers. You will be part of the Customer Service Department, which pays an important role within the sales process, although your role will not involve hard selling. You are require to : • You resolve customer issues and needs; handle inquiries, and process quotes and orders in a timely and accurate manner • You proactively advise, recommend, and promote the company’s products
Responsibilities • Process customer enquiries, quotes and orders • Assist in Customer account and maintenance • Support field sales, marketing and engineering efforts • Attend field trips and trade shows
Requirements • You speak one of the following language combination : German/Dutch/French Spanish/Italian Swedish/Norwegian German/Polish German with Italian or French
You also have : • Minimum 3 years experience in customer relationship maintenance (helpdesk, sales support, customer or technical support preferred) • Service minded; self-managed mentality with a sense of ownership • Accurate and precise; • Technical affinities
