A fast growing, international software company, active in 32 countries and with their Dutch sales office based in Hoofddorp. The company develops software used for the construction of well-known buildings and constructions all around the world.
There are 150 people working at the Hoofddorp office. The atmosfere within the company can best be described as personal, easy-going and open.
Job Description
As an e-Sales Account Manager you are responsible for managing an assigned account base. You maintain and develop an assigned base of revenue and also generate additional revenue by uncovering sales opportunities and taking full ownership of the total sales process. You will work as member of the eSales Team and will work closely with the Regional Offices.
You will aim to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets and uncover business potential within these accounts, managing the full sales process, bringing the sale to close.
Job Requirements
? More than 2 years experience in telesales of software products with proven sales success;
? A higher education qualification, or degree;
. Ambition;
? Knowledge of software products preferred;
? Native speaker in Swedish, fluency in English;
? Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
? Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
? Ability to persuade and influence others.
? Ability to analyze and solve problems.
? Ability to utilize advertising and/or sales promotion techniques.
? Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures.
? Ability to identify and/or follow up sales leads and referrals.
? Living in the Amsterdam area, the Netherlands holding a valid workpermit
Salary and Benefits
We offer a challenging job with a one year contract (followed by a permanent contract once you have proven to be succesful) with a competitive salary (60% base salary + 40% incentive, of which 20% is pre-paid) within an informal, dynamic company where employees tend to have a high level of satisfaction. |
