Role:
On the position Account Representative you will be the specialist on company's products acting as a first point of contact for clients, providing help and advising, building long term relations and promoting company's products over the phone. Tasks and Responsibilities:
Helping customers with questions and problems connected with company products

• Analysing and diagnosing problems + finding right solutions
• Advising and maintaining great relationships with customers
• Co-operation with other departments
• Internal reporting and team working

Profile:
Bilingual GERMAN, ITALIAN / SPANISH + good knowledge of English

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service environment
• Good technical skills, some experience on Technical Support position will be appreciated
• Enthusiastic and proactive
• Excellent communication skills
• Good team player who enjoys multilingual, international environment
• Accurate and precise
