This highly successful Customer Service Center operates in a truly international, multilingual and multicultural environment. Job Description Interesting position for an experienced CSR with order management and/or admin experience! The CSR is responsible for Customer Satisfaction by ensuring professional order management & accurate, errorless and timely service. The CSR manages the flow of information within his/her area of responsibility, takes necessary actions in line with the company's requirements and in order to satisfy the customer's needs.
Position in the company: ? Reports to the Supervisor Customer Service Orientation: ? Handle incoming correspondence, faxes, e-mails & daily administration. ? Manage and follow up the calls and the customer orders in line with internal and corporate policy. ? Contribute consistently to the achievement of the customer service team goals. ?Act as an interface with internal departments such as Logistics, Credit Management, Sales and Tech Support. ? Escalate to the Supervisors any business or process areas that require improvement. ?Lives the company values in his/her daily routine. Job Requirements We are looking for someone with: ? High school diploma plus 2-4 years workexperience in a relevant area ? Customer Service, Oracle, Logistic experience are a definite asset ?Fluent in English (company language) and native Danish speaker. ? Computer literate ? Customer Service oriented ? Excellent communication skills, active listener ? Accurate, well organised ? Team player with a positive attitude Salary and Benefits Full time and permanent position starting as soon as possible.
