Job Description
For our client we are looking for a native Norwegian or Danish or Swedish Customer Care Representative.

You will join the Customer Relations department where reactions such as complaints, claims but also compliments of the airline's passengers regarding its complete product (check in procedure, boarding procedure, the actual flight, the catering, baggage handling etc.) are handled.

In this position you will be responsible for handling the reactions of passengers within agreed procedures and timelines.

You will investigate the complaint, and decide whether further research on the facts is necessary and if the customer should be compensated.

Next to this, you will report trends in passenger reactions and advise the airline on possible improvements.

Job Requirements

• Native Norwegian, Swedish or Danish, and fluent in English (company language).
• Great communications skills, both written as well as spoken.
• Experience in providing Customer Care
• Preferably experience in complaint handling or after sales procedures
