Your Role...

As a Support desk agent, your task is to support customers in your country specific language. You and your team will be responsible for customer service and also Technical support; The Contact Centre handles a large volume of phone calls and e-mails each day from customers all over Europe. We are looking for enthusiastic Native German or Turkish or Greek or Hungarian or Polish or Danish speakers who will contribute to successfully serving clients.

Profile:

• Customer focused, with proven Contact Centre / Customer Service / Helpdesk experience.

• A clear verbal and written communicator with excellent telephone skills.

• Highly flexible and able to adjust to varying demands.
• PC literate with accurate keyboard skills.

• Able to cope with a high volume of calls in a call centre environment.
• Good Technical Skills: MS office etc.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Customer focused;

• Eye for detail;
• Ability to work in a team environment;
• Problem solving abilities;
