Our client is a WELL-KNOW company; which manufactures printer labels. As a member of the Customer Support team you will perform a multi-functional role in problem resolution. You will be the first point of contact for the Client customers and deal with the problems and enquiries that they may have, with an aim to either fixing the problem on the first call or triggering the most appropriate action. You will own the problem on behalf of the client. You will manage the resolution of a customer problem within the targets defined and you will provide regular case logging to the customer for the problem. In order to achieve this you will use specialist knowledge and tooling in support of the customers network services.
Requirements - Mid level technical knowledge - Experience within our industry is an advantage Language requirements - Sound knowledge of the English language - Native Swedish and fluent/ good Danish OR - Native Danish and fluent/ good Swedish
