A large International IT Company is looking for Technical Support Representatives to work in their Managed Service Centre to support major European companies.
There are a number of agents currently required for the following languages; Swedish, Danish, German, French or Dutch.

Technical Support Representatives:
You will provide exceptional Customer Satisfaction and Technical Support to all customers and respond to incidents by email and telephone. You will provide advice and guidance on all technical queries based on; Windows XP Operating system, MS Office & Outlook software as well as be-spoke applications which you will be given full training on.
We are looking for people with:
§ You will require a sound understanding of Windows, MS Office, with some networking and peripherals knowledge.
§ A good command of English is essential
§ A second language is required in any one of the following languages:
Swedish
Danish
Norwegian
German
French
or Dutch
§ Professional attitude and approach to work
§ Good listening, communication & problem solving abilities.
§ Ability to work as part of a team or on an individual basis.
The Package:
You will earn between €1600 and €1890 per month (before Tax)
Have a 6 or 12 month direct contract with our client.
Up to 42 days paid holidays
Up to 4 weeks of fully paid training.
Paid travel expenses
Company schemes include Pension, Life Insurance & worldwide accident cover.
Standard 40 hour week Monday - Friday between 9am and 6pm.
Re-location package for oversees candidates (includes refund of flights and assistance with accommodation costs).
