·         Secondary higher level MBO/HBO

·         Sales education/training/experience and/or previous in-house help desk training would be a definite plus

Work experience:       

·         Experience in a customer service/ sales environment

Language skills:         

·         Fluent in English and Swedish plus Norway or Danish

Computer skills:          

·         MS Office
