We are urgently looking for Scandinavian speaking Customer Care agents who would like to work near Utrecht. The company builds and operates internet solutions, vertical application for the logistics and retail markets, and IT infrastructures. Currently the support department has over 150 employees. They give support in 15 languages and offer multilingual facilities to large international corporations.
About the job
The most important part of the job as a Customer Support Agent is to provide non-technical telephone advice to customers. All contact with the customers will be via telephone.
Requirements
Knowledge of MS Office (little) experience in Customer Care/ Reception Fluent in English and two other Scandinavian languages Outstanding communication skills
